Meet Bugsy! Bugsy is a one-year-old chihuahua. She is a very mellow chihuahua. Foothills Animal Rescue also has an Angel Tree! They have tags on the tree different denominations to make donations which makes a big difference for all the pups looking for homes. So please consider visiting the Angel Tree!
